Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing kery.dev (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Software license

The Kery software is distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your use, reproduction, and distribution of the code are governed by that license, not by these Terms. A copy of the license ships with the repository at GitHub.

3. Site content

Marketing copy, branding, and design assets on the Site are owned by the Kery project or its contributors and are provided for informational purposes. You may link to the Site; do not misrepresent affiliation or endorsements.

4. No warranty

THE SITE AND ANY DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-assisted testing can miss issues or report false positives; you remain responsible for your release process.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONTRIBUTORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Future hosted services

If Kery offers a managed cloud product, it will be subject to separate terms of service and, where applicable, a commercial agreement. These Site terms apply only to the marketing website and general OSS distribution unless otherwise stated.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
