By accessing kery.dev (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Kery Cloud

Your use of Kery Cloud is subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented when you create or use your account. You are responsible for the content and systems you connect to the service and for ensuring you have permission to test them.

3. Site content

Marketing copy, branding, and design assets on the Site are owned by Kery and are provided for informational purposes. You may link to the Site; do not misrepresent affiliation or endorsements.

4. No warranty

THE SITE AND KERY CLOUD ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-assisted testing can miss issues or report false positives; you remain responsible for your release process.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KERY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR KERY CLOUD, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Changes to the service

We may modify or suspend parts of Kery Cloud as the service evolves. Any paid plans, billing terms, or service-specific conditions will be presented in the product when applicable.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
